PREAMBLE
Bali College was founded in 1949 by the Basel Mission to train young Cameroonians for Christian leadership. It became Cameroon Protestant College (C.P.C.) in 1957 after the Basel and Baptist Missions began running it together. Former students later formed the Bali Old Boys Association (BOBA) in Buea in 1974, and alumni in the United States officially established BOBA-USA in Washington, DC, in 1993 after first organizing a pilot group in 1989.
We are committed to the promotion of BOBA-USA.
We position our work as a deep appreciation for BOBA-USA and all that makes it excellent.
We are actively working to create a culture of belonging that is committed to diversity and equity.
We embrace new ideas and solutions to drive progress and excellence in all our endeavors.
The BOBA-USA Foundation seeks to create a sustainable endowment fund to support education for the underprivileged in Cameroon. In the spirit of the C.P.C Bali legacy, we serve to give orphaned and poor children a chance at academic success.
Through collective giving, BOBA-USA enables alumni and supporters to pool resources, allowing gifts to grow and support generations to come.

Build Together
We forge coordinated, impactful partnerships between alumni and the broader educational mission.
Work for the Future
We support student success through mentorship, funding, and a commitment to equity and long-term development.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and self-funded organization, the BOBA-USA Foundation relies on support from its alums to operate its programs and provide scholarships to students.
