Program Structure & Coverage

Eligibility & Enrollment
Pay $50 yearly dues in July to become eligible. Benefits activate 6 months post enrollment.

Chapter Affiliation Required
Only members affiliated with a chapter qualify for payouts. All beneficiaries must be declared.

Funeral Fundraising Mechanism
Structured $250 contribution with capped support durations (1 month for members, 2 weeks for family).

50% payout for spouse/children's death. $1000 and condolence card for parent’s passing.
