However, in certain situations, Jing Realty may consider issuing a refund if:
- A service was not rendered as agreed
- There was a clear error or miscommunication on our part
- A refund is required by law
Any exception to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Property Deposits and Reservation Fees
Property deposits, reservation fees, or any amount paid in relation to securing a property are subject to specific terms outlined in the applicable agreement. In most cases:
- Reservation and deposit fees are non-refundable once processed
- Refund exceptions (if any) will be determined according to the contract signed by both parties

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval
